Praying Hands Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Uluru Solutions Inc. ("Uluru," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in Praying Hands (the "App"), including when you create or view prayer requests.

We process the following information to provide the App:

• Anonymous account information: the App creates an anonymous account identifier so that you can create, manage, and delete your prayer requests without providing an email address or password.
• Prayer requests and optional display name: the words you post and any name you choose to show with a request.
• Technical information: limited connection, device, and service-log information that is generated when the App is used and is needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot it.

Prayer requests may include information that you consider personal or sensitive. Please do not include information about another person unless you have a lawful basis to share it.

Photos, files, and biometric data are not requested by the App.

A prayer request you post is visible to everyone who uses the App. If you post anonymously, your optional display name is not shown with that request. Anonymous posting does not make the request private from us or from other App users.

Because other users can view public requests, please consider carefully what you share. We cannot control what other users remember, copy, or disclose outside the App.

• Provide the anonymous account and prayer-request features.
• Make public prayer requests available to the App community.
• Allow you to manage and delete your requests and account.
• Maintain security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot the App.
• Respond to questions, privacy requests, and legal obligations.

• Other App users: public prayer requests and any display name you choose are visible within the App.
• Service providers: we use providers that help us authenticate anonymous accounts and securely host and store App data. They may process information only to provide services to us.
• Legal and safety purposes: we may disclose information when required by law or when necessary to protect rights, safety, or the security of the App.

We retain your anonymous account information and prayer requests until you delete them or delete your account, unless we need to keep limited information for security, legal, or fraud-prevention purposes. Deleted information may remain in secure backups for a limited period before it is overwritten or removed.

You can delete your prayer requests and anonymous account from within the App. Deleting your account removes the prayer requests and account data associated with it, subject to the limited retention described above.

If you cannot access the App, you may request deletion by emailing info@ulurusolutions.com with the subject "Praying Hands deletion request." We may ask for information needed to verify the request before deleting data.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system is completely secure. Information may be processed in countries other than where you live when needed to operate the App and its service providers.

The App is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, contact us so that we can review and address the request.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or other information about your personal data. To make a privacy request or ask a question, email info@ulurusolutions.com and include "Praying Hands privacy request" in the subject line.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the revised policy here and update its effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes.
